Vision
Human Matters Lab is a transdisciplinary research collective exploring what it means to be human in the age of artificial intelligence.
It embraces human-centered approaches to AI and robotics, conducting research that contributes to humanity through technology, art, literature, and philosophy.
Our vision is to ensure that artificial intelligence serves the human journey of meaning and to elevate the values that belong to humanity.
Because in the age of AI, meaning still matters.

Researchers
She is an educator and researcher working in the fields of educational technologies and the philosophy of artificial intelligence. Her interdisciplinary work brings together AI literacy, AI policy, governance, and philosophy. Her research explores what it means to be human in the age of artificial intelligence, focusing on extended and expanding conceptions of reality and mind, as well as a human-centered approach to AI grounded in human rights, ethical values, and human well-being.
She completed the Artificial Intelligence Policy program at the Center for AI and Digital Policy in Spring 2026 with distinction, with a focus on research, writing, and policy analysis.
